"I was disappointed when my mother was informing her cashier about the issues she had on the website and the cashier didn’t help her. I had signed up for the reward program prior to visiting and had received a text message with a coupon and My mother wanted to sign up as well. The website wasn’t functioning and she wasn’t able to sign up to recieve the coupon. The cashier said she could sign her up, but couldn’t help her with the coupon. I think the same sign-up coupon should apply for customers in store as well."

I asked her if she could find my info in her computer and she did not wanted to restart the transaction. She said to me that she already scaned my items and she did not wanted to restart when I asked her to. She ended up restarting the transaction. "As stated above, very displeased with my exchange. I've NEVER been charged for (what should be) an even exchange. I understand if I am returning an item and don't have a receipt, but not if it is for the exact same product. And, to have the store manager not even try to make it right and blame it on a computer issue, is extremely poor customer service. It was only a couple dollars, but I will never shop their again based on the principle of the matter. There are other stores in the same strip mall that will now shop at instead."
