"I at first, just came in to Gordmans, to use the restroom; however after the two employees that asked me how they could help me when I walked in the door, and I asked them in return, Where's the restroom, and they happily told me with no static, which is a lot better than most of the retail stores treat those that have to use the restroom in their store. I really appreciated this treatment, so I made a small purchase of $6.99, for a bottle of body spray, called Hidden Fantasy, by Britney Spears, for I thought it would smell great on my fiancé who needs a little pampering. Plus, Christina, my customer service agent today at this Gordmans location, was very nice, polite, and gave me friendly candor at the checkout counter; all of which I truly appreciate, for I myself have worked in retail sales for almost 20 years, and now that I am working at Dollar Tree, for the past two months I have finally found a job I love. Getting back to Christina, she did an awesome job today in customer service with me for she made me feel welcome as a new customer to Gordmans, and she even signed me up to the Style circle Rewards program for free and she told me, Paul, you only need 93 more Payback Rewards points, since you spent 7 points on your purchase to get your first $5 Payback Reward coupon. This excited me and got me to thinking maybe I should become a regular shopper here, for from what I saw in the fragrance and perfumes section of the store, they have great deals on lots of products every day. I really appreciated the great customer service skills shown by the employees at this Gordmans location, and that's why from now on I will be a regular shopper at this Gordmans location on HWY K in O Fallon, MO., for lots of stuff, and hopefully one day they will start carrying Nintendo Switch video games at Gordmans at discounted prices too, for I love the Switch.Very Happily Yours,Paul Gagnepain"
