I am not overly excited with the new changes in the store, especially with the grouped by color idea since a particular item is kind of limited to the store- they don't have this shirt in multiple colors and sizes in back so it is difficult to grab something and go... takes to long to shop. "I went to Gordmans to but a table. Erica was at the desk when I ask for help. The table was on a height shelf and Erica went a got a ladder from the back. She put the ladder in place and climbed up and got the table. I ask if I could help and she said “no, I have it”. Store policy she carried it up to the front and I paid for it. Then Erica told me drive my car up to the door and she would help put it in my car. I did and she did. Thanks Erica"
