"At the end of my transaction, all that the cashier said was here's your receipt. I asked doesn't anyone say thank you anymore? She actually said Thank you for what? I replied for spending money in your store, keeping your doors open and giving you a job? She just shrugged."

"I was shopping for under garments and noticed several items that were soaking wet and looked like they had been run over. These items were hanging neatly on the rack so I was caught off guard when I grabbed in to look closer. It made me question what happened to these items and why they were still hanging on the rack for sale. I almost left the store to go somewhere else but did not have time. I found what I was looking for and headed to the check out. The girl at the register looked sloppy with her hair disheveled and jacket hanging off her shoulders. She also had fake fingernails that were entirely too long and causing an issue getting change out of the drawer. She was friendly but looked very unprofessional."
"Checkout had 2 people working they both had people in their line with large amount in cart. One cashier finished and started helping first cashier before waiting on me. I had been waiting for awhile. Cashier asked if I was a rewards member and asked my name apparently typed in and mis spelled my first and last name. I know I told her correct spelling of my first name because it is different. She still put in wrong. Then told me I would get a $5 reward next visit but afterwards stated oh guess you're a penny away. I shopped on 8/22/19 and survey has expiration of 6/30/19, kind of false advertising. Cashiers need more training."
