"Because the explanation of Marketing Dept was not clear enough, so almost half bottom of postcard leaved blank. So the postcard we received look a little bit weird. They does not meet our expectation.
Actually, we planed to order same quantity for every month during the year. If you consider giving some discount for the next order on March, we appreciate for that and hopefully will go with got.print so far.

"Tech support not user friendly for non tech person. Confusing template, asked for simple answer on Safe zone dimension. Ended up going to traditional printer who told me easy set up solution for publisher format. My booklet would have been teenie/tiny page dimensions if i kept down track of got print. Felt stupid as they were not clarifying simple answer, and I don't have fancy program. They kept rejecting my pdf with same answers.

We have reviewed your order form and it does appear that your files did have multiple issues; including RGB color mode, incorrect dimension, as well as printer spread being submitted. Please be advised that we are a 4-color printer, and all of our printing is done in CMYK so there may be a color shift once our system converts to CMYK. Also, unfortunately, we are unable to accept printer spread files; In order for us to process catalog/booklet orders we need single pages. Our processing team did send multiple emails providing specific instructions, as to how to correct this issues. There are also records of multiple customer service representatives relaying specific instructions, as well as links to better assist you, in obtaining the proper tools to make the necessary changes and provide us with print ready files. Unfortunately, we did receive a request to cancel the order, in which we honored. Once again, we're terribly sorry you had so much trouble with your order. As the Online designer was used to create the artwork and then later uploaded for print, our processing team does not interfere with the text/graphics, as they assume all files are designed exactly as they are desired to print.
