Still waiting

"I downloaded and used the templates provided. Received an email that there needs to be a bleed area around the image. There is; I used the template provided to ensure proper bleed. I wrote back to that effect, and got a bot-like reply. Every other print service I have used has had professional communication, screenshots where they believe something is amiss, and at least human interaction to ensure they're providing a quality service in a timely manner. Not the case here. Following my email to them stating that I used their templates and it should be good to go, I am still waiting to see any action on their part to print these cards and send them to me."

Here at Gotprint, we take pride in the quality of our print, this is the reason in which we have strict guidelines. After reviewing the files uploaded, it does appear that the back of the business card file, needed bleed. The background should extend all the way to the edge, as this will ensure that there are NO white uneven boarders in the final print. We did receive your email indicating that the files were correct, and our processing team did review the files numerous times and unfortunately, they came back each time flagging the order, as there were, in fact, uneven white boarders. Numerous Reminder emails have then been sent, as well as a Voice Mail - as we were unable to get a hold of you, to assist in obtaining print ready files. Unfortunately, as we have received no form of communication on your end, we have canceled the order. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience, please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any questions. Thank you”

Excellent Quality, Speed, and Value

"I compared GotPrint with a bunch of other companies for business cards and found their costs to be significantly lower. I designed my own cards and uploaded my high resolution images easily and the ordering process was pretty easy. I received my new business cards in just a few days and could not be happier with the quality of the printing or the quality of the card stock. (For reference, I purchased 16 pt matte finish business cards with color print on both sides). After a great experience, I ordered 4"x9" rack cards using the same material as my business cards to promote my business. The second experience was also excellent. Top noth, Product quality, Speed of Delivery, and Excellent Value."

A Decade of Amazing Service!

"Hello fellow designers,

I earned my college degree in 2006 in the Fine Arts, and I've been using the Services of Got Print to produce my promotional postcards and business cards ever since. I have always gotten Top Notch quality and service from them, and people often compliment me on my tent cards and my glossy promotional cards.

It is rare that I've ever gotten anything that was lesser quality, but the one time that I did they replaced it quickly. I've noticed with their printing services that I get a lot of uniformity in the printing, whereas another company's postcards can often have streaks on them, and they have to be reprinted which is a hassle when you are on deadline. This is why I go to Got Print when I don't want any hassle. Thank you for being here on the West Coast!

Used to be good... product/service has declined

"I have used GotPrint for 3 years. I have had mostly great experiences, until the last 3 sets of business cards I received were problematic. The receptionist at GotPrint was excellent, but when it got to quality control (and I had photos of the problem cards AND photos of my screenshots in the ordering process), their response was "Here's a $15 credit to re-order". $15 to re-order isn't taking responsibility for a faulty product. Maybe they don't think the product is faulty. They have had some changes in the company. Maybe they have just lowered their standards. I will be finding a new print vendor!"

We have reviewed the order form and noticed that your files were originally rejected, as the artwork did not contain the necessary bleed required. Unfortunately, it does seem like the option to "Proceed As Is" was selected. Please keep in mind that this option, automatically by passes any of our processor's concerns, and instantly approves your order for production. For future reference, we recommend following our template guidelines, and extending your artwork to the black, bleed line, as this will eliminate the possibility of uneven boarders being printed. Rest assured that we still maintain very high standard and this is the reason all files are thoroughly reviewed by our processing team. As a courtesy, our quality control team has offered an Discount code in case you would like to place another order. Please be sure to view all paper stocks available for our business cards, as we do have thicker stocks. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any further issues. Thank you”
