"The business cards I got are the absolute worst cards I've ever received in my life! Ever one is cut differently, having some look like it was merged with someone else's card. Some are just uncentered and printed at an angle. Most of the corners came in damaged. Right out of the box! It looks like these were poor made in some garage somewhere by someone just trying to figure out how to work a printer! Complete waste of money! This entire experience has been horrible! I paid for overnight shipping ($25) and got it two days after they shipped it out. I submitted a question about the delay in shipping and got an auto response copy and pasted that didn't explain the shipping delay at all. I should've just printed them myself they would've looked better!"

"I find your online purchasing very user unfriendly! You should either improve it or provide customers the ability to place an order via the phone. Your current method is online or nothing. I've reordered three times. If I have issues the next time, I may chose an alternative printing service with a more friendly method of ordering.
