They only offer to do store credit so i try thier template and its terrible worthless crap and they now refuse to do a refund but have time to bicker in emails talking about they don't have time to issue a refund after I agreed on store credit. They are lucky I even tried again and there was no offer for full refund. Lying thieves. "

"We are a non-profit so we are pinching pennies wherever we can. From uploading the file to obtaining paperwork for the sales tax exemption it was a nightmare. I was continuously shuffled from department to department and asked to enter my customer order# every time. When I finally obtained the tax exempt form they required I was told that it would not be available for this current order and may take days to be connected to my account. If the order exceeds $5,000 you must pay by wire transfer, cashiers check or agree to pay a 4% surcharge and then they will be happy to process it on your credit card. I am almost 2 weeks into this and still do not have the item in production. Don't use them if you are on a deadline- you will miss it! I am a volunteer and I have spent hours of my life that I will NEVER get back on hold. I have ONE positive- the CS agent Frank was as helpful as he could be given the constraints of his company."
