"1 - they were no help. especially when it came to making the cards layout. No one was there to help make sure the font was big enough or if the pictures were going to be a good size, like too big or too small or crowded. it was all a guess. It took me hours to do.
2 - when I got an email explaining the edges were not out far enough, it put my order on hold for 2 days only to find out that they were not going to fill out the order until they had heard back from me, and they were no help in fixing the problem.
3 - when I tried to talk to someone via their help line by message, they were no help. And my order got put off another day while I tried to figure it out myself. It took me hours again.
4 - when the order finally came through via email, I was informed it would take 2 weeks before I got my order.
5 - when I finally got my order: the font was too small to read. Very unhappy with the finished product.
6 - And now, I'm sure it's all on me that I did not make the font big enough.
I suggest you have a basic size font for business cards. A no smaller than . . . this was a terrible experience and not only a loss of time and money, but now I have to come up with a solution. Most likely without your customer service help. Unbelievable!

"When ordering stickers, we clicked on the button from inside the Stickers section of the website https://www.printograph.com/products/stickers/order.html?fid=2923209 . That takes you to a Special Shapes page https://www.printograph.com/products/special-shapes/order.html?fid=2926037&shape=1&size=314&quantity=100 , Where we ordered what we thought were stickers. After expediting the order and paying for expedited shipping, we received 10,000 useless paper circles.
When trying to get it resolved we experienced HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They offered us a whopping $5 credit towards a future order. Yippee! Then, we spoke with Frank at ***-***-**** . Frank is supposedly some kind of manager. He made zero effort. Said he would call back. Never did."

"As a small business owner, I am always hesitant to **** on someone else's parade but GotPrint was so poor, I am writing.
It took 3 full weeks to get the order printed - which is insane. If they are having problems because of CV, they should not be advertising every COVID sign possible on their website and fulfilling the orders received. After 3 weeks I called in to talk to customer service and was told my order was going out that day and would take 7-14 days to arrive. From their advert, I was expecting 7-14 day delivery. How can you find a carrier that takes two weeks to delver something domestically?
I was also told that if I could 'upgrade' to normal USPS and it would arrive in 2-3 days at no cost but I would need to write an email authorizing the change (don't ask me why I needed an email to authorize a no-cost change like this.). I sent the email in immediately (about 9:00 AM their local time). I got an email around 3:30 stating the package would go out 'normal' delivery unless I sent an email authorizing the change. I called and spoke to customer service again and was told that they hadn't seen the email, and had just sent out the package via slow boat. That was Monday - this is Friday. No package and I may have another week to wait before delivery and I have had to reorder business cards from another company who can get a new order to me for the same price by Tuesday.
Yesterday I received a note stating I have been awarded a $10 off coupon on my next order. Really? Don't think I'll take advantage of this offer."

"They were “shipped” but UPS still hasn’t received them. still waiting! I loved the design and how cheap they were. I contacted customer service and they responded the very next day and let me know what was going on. I checked the tracking again and sure enough, now my package says it should arrive this week.
