"I was very unhappy with the quality of the print ( printed very dark lost a lot of detail). Emailed them and three days later they sent me a link to their website. Instead of maybe like a professional business they should of said " hey sorry your not happy here's what we can do or hey this is what you can do for better results. Clearly they don't respect my business. I wouldn't recommend them at all. "
