"After I placed my order, customer service notified me that my picture was not of good enough quality to get a good print. They let me know what size I needed & tired to help me achieve that. When I was unable to do so, they let me cancel my order. So, instead of printing it & charging me for an item I probably couldn't use, they tried to help me make it right & when we couldn't, they let me cancel it, no problem. This type of service is very much appreciated!"

"I ordered a table top retractable banner from GotPrint on Feb. 3rd and paid extra fee for express delivery. i needed the banner for the show. When i got the banner, it looked OK to me, but it was only for 2 hours. Then, the banner collapsed. It simply got de-laminated from the top. Only then, I realized that they used double adhesive tape to connect the vinyl banner to the top frame on a heavy-spring-loaded, retractable banner. No mechanical connection, just a a tape! And, it is for a device that is under a permanent pressure and tension. It was just a matter of time, when a strong spring would pull it off. And, it happened just 2 hours later! I lost my only banner for the show. I requested a full refund. They refused. instead, they told me that they would reprint it and send it back again. And, they did. A week later i received a banner... that was made for another customer!.. They send me a wrong banner! After another case being opened (it all takes time!), they requested to pack the banner back in the box and ordered a UPS guy to pick it up from me. Then, another week later, I received my original banner. And, think what? It had the same issue again! the top is simply connected to the holding frame by a double-adhesive tape. Again, it is for a spring-loaded device... I am not going to take it to the show, because it collapses with a noise, like from a gun shot. Be aware of their quality and service. It is WASTE of money and time. I am very disappointed. The money is lost. "

It sounds like the stand you received initially may have been faulty, so we arranged for a new stand and banner to be sent to you at no additional cost to you.
