"I ordered double sided business cards. They arrived in a timely manner. The cards are nice quality. The print on the front is quite smaller than it looked in the online preview, a little hard to read, the title was left off after my name. But the back looks fantastic phone email and website are large and easy to read"
"I have used GotPrint for years, on many projects, and have been thoroughly satisfied and always gave stellar reviews. This last experience was absolutely horrible.
My project was simple. I needed to design a window envelope. To make it even easier, I decided to use the online design tool and use one of their templates. All I needed to add was our logo, return address, and a couple of text lines. I spent the time to get it just right and sent it off. It got sent back to be redesigned because they said the colors were bleeding over. Every time, I was using their design tool and their template. Finally, after speaking with customer service several times someone said it was a glitch in the program. The template I chose had color on the front that wasn’t supposed to be there. I tried numerous styles and they all got sent back. Other times, I was working on a design and it wouldn’t save and I got an error message. I was told to use Firefox rather than Chrome or to clear my cashe. This went on for 3 weeks. I was told again they were working on fixing the glitch.
Finally, I asked them if they would just design it for me, at no cost, since it was their glitch. “I’m sorry, we can’t do that.”
Lastly, I paid the $49 to have them design it. It was done quickly and exactly how I wanted it. THEN, I got the same message about the bleed but also a message that it went to print. That was a week ago and I still haven’t received notice that they’ve shipped.
