"Requested EIN Tax Id for closing Escrow for family trust property. Initial agent repeatedly misinterpreted the reason for request, stating the purpose was for establishing a trust account. Corrected her 3 times. Then she said I couldn't be helped and make an appt. with the IRS. I told her the IRS are the ones who gave me the GovSimplified phone number!
Then she indicated she will credit my card the fee paid and could not resolve my EIN request. I demanded TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR who finally assisted me and resolved the issue. UNREAL!!!!"
