"RIP OFF BEWARE!!!!!!!! Felt very uncomfortable giving out all my information including social security number and debit card number. Called my bank immediately, cancelled my debited card and applied for new one. Asked the bank to cancelled purchase and thought that they had cancelled the purchase but company had already put a hold on transaction till next day so came out of my account the next day. Called my bank and they explained that with the hold the refund would have to come from the company. Called the company and was told that I had to call within an hour of purchase for full refund but would receive a 50 percent refund after an hour. This is such a rip off. All they send you is the form which you can get and print on line and a prepaid envelope. You can mail it out yourself and not be paying THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS for mailing out. I have had to change all my accounts now due to feeling so uncomfortable with this company."
