"Well we made an order friday evening and paid extra for the express service which should have meant we received our EIN # in 60 minutes...wrong. I had to make a call monday morning to find out because they closed friday at 7pm that paying extra money didnt matter. But thank the lord i had super nice customer service and she gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience and I received my EIN # within literally 4 minutes after the call. You need to make it clear if you aren't open then we shouldn't select express and expect a product in a promised time."
