"I am a little disappointed with the process. After several weeks of waiting and not receiving our EIN, I called and was told that the SSN number they had associated with the name on the appliation was wrong. Instead of your organization calling or emailing to verify they did nothing until I called. The SSN on the application is correct. Apparently it was keyed in wrong by one of your agents. Had I not taken the initiative to call, I would have been out $129 (which included a fee for faster service). Poor customer service! I would have to say that once I called the problem was solved quickly."
