Excellent DEAL Super Fast Shipping

"I have been comparing and Shopping long range precision rifles for about a year. I have narrowed it down to a couple with the Tikka T3x A1 Tac leading the pack. When Covid hit, I’m shelf supplies began to dwindle and I just didn’t see any around. They would show up on Gun Broker but it was basically retail price. Leave it to Grab a Gun do you have a deal that I just couldn’t pass. The rifle was at my FFL in less than three days. Just like always, Grab a Gun comes through with flying colors."

Look elsewhere

"I have bought items from them, and they will solicit a review. But when you post a detailed and truthful review, they won't post it and it was even a 4 star review. But one negative remark in that 4-star review, they get sensitive about it---which means they're adverse to the truth--- I noticed too that some of the guns they would ship out were not inspected, and some seem to be blemished (i.e. the front sight is skewed, some blemish on the gun) and when confronted with the oversight in that review they won't post the review. Seems they prefer short undetailed reviews which doesn't describe in any detail which make a mockery of the review process. They'll only post reviews which says they're such a great store. Then they will always disown it and throw it at the manufacturer --or even the FFL dealer (where obviously they have to ship it first). A query about a certain pricey knife and they won't research an answer and asked me to contact the manufacturer. You're even paying for the shipment and the item will take an eternity to get to you the usual excuse?---you guessed it---COVID19!  COVID-19 will probably be with us for the rest of our dithering lives.
It's getting old. Try contacting them, you'd be on hold and the usual warning---"Due to Covid19...blah blah blah..."

“Unfortunately, GrabAGun does not have control over online reviews. This reviews comments are not positive, and yet they remain...

In regards to inspecting each firearm, we definitely do NOT do this. Does Amazon inspect each Lego set they ship to ensure all the pieces are there? Of course not. We ship tens of thousands of brand new firearms to customers each month. At this volume level we must rely on manufacturers like Glock, Smith and Wesson, and Ruger to make and ship a good product. Additionally, all firearms are ultimately inspected in person by the buyer themselves prior to taking them home. If there is ever an issue, by all means let us know. Don't take it home. We will replace it with a new one.

Regarding the knife question in this review, all we can say is sometimes customers can ask a very specific question that only the manufacturer has knowledge of. We do the best we can with the information we have. It's beyond the scope of a customer service agents role to get involved in a detailed research project regarding a specific item. Google is a far better tool for that. ”

Unethical and dishonest

"Dishonest service and unethical practices. Cost me time, money, and hassle.
I ordered a higher end rifle from these Guys. Seemed almost too good to be true. I called them and they said we currently have 13 and have only sold 8 in the last year. Sounds great I’ll place my order! Order placed shipping info on the website is a lie. They know it isn’t about to be 1-3 days processing but per their customer service associate it is tattooed on their site and will not change. Not the end of the world because after I placed my order and the money left my hands I got the email saying it might be 3-5 days. So I checked in on day 1 to make sure all of the ffl paperwork was good everything went through. No big deal. Day 3 checked back in gun is they have pulled the gun for me and it’s waiting to get loaded on a dock in Iowa to ship to my ffl. Day 5 still on a dock waiting to ship to my ffl once again in Iowa. Service representative “checks into it” all is good you have a rifle this Iowa warehouse is just a little slow. This could take up to 7 days to ship. Day 8 I check in. Same story assurances the rifle is there just so backed up they can’t send it out just yet. Gave me the story of well technically we have 14 days (I believe) before you can cancel your order without the 15% restocking fee. These guns were in short supply so I was getting nervous. Started to get irritable how does a gun sit in a loading dock solely waiting to be shipped via fed ex or usps what ever they used. Day 10 final call service rep says we never got your gun in from Indiana. We have no clue what happened to it but we can’t get any more because we’ve sold them all. I am refunding your card. I informed them I do not want a refund I want the rifle (which has now gone up in price from ($1450-1550 to $1600-1800 price ball park). The sales rep relayed from their manager if they could just buy me one they would (Said more as an excuse/apology not an actual offer). So I did the leg work and found one called them up and said hey here is the rifle stand behind your word. Company has completely refused to do so. We’ve dickered back and forth for about a month or so. They have no interest in honoring their deal it’s going to cost them money. If you are looking to order anything from them. May my story be a beacon of how they Handle themselves when a hiccup has occurred.
You shouldn’t back out of a deal made just because it’s going to be a money losing endeavor for you. Especially once you have offered assurances to keep the customer on the line the entire time while the gun market is going to hell in a hand basket. Please by all means read the reviews and complaints guys these guys are bottom of the barrel service.

“We get the frustration you're talking about. Not being able to fulfill your order is obviously not something we wished for either. Since your order was placed, we've successfully sold and shipped out tens of thousands of other firearms to people all over the country. Sometimes an order falls through the cracks. On these rare occasions we try to make things right when we can, but sometimes there's no reasonable solution other than to refund. I believe you filed this case with the BBB as well, where they sided with us and found that we we acted in good faith and did everything that we could reasonably be expected to do. We encourage people to look us up on BBB where we have maintained an A+ rating for over a decade with well over 1 million successful transactions completed. ”

"great pistol to own. Have not shot it yet, but I know it shoots great. i would of giving it a 5-star, but the only drawback was that it only came with on 13 rd magazine, plus no hard case, just a cardboard box. But you could not beat the price of $349.00 for a great 9mm pistol."
