My local FFL dealer contacted me at 1 PM with news that my Canik TP9SFX with Vortex Viper red dot was already in! Not only did they provide me with the lowest price I could find. Only $7 for shipping and got an overnight shipment! Wveryone needs to understand that Grab a Gun is a computer based company with ZERO warehouse space. They find the best deals online and provide us with those deals. I will 10000000000000% order with them again! Thank you for a great buying experience!"

In just over two days my gun had arrived at the store. Grabagun sent me an email saying my gun was ready for pickup. After the background check was over I was on my way. "I ordered it and it was shipped fast, went to my dealer and put in the background check as normal. Upon further inspection the bottom of the rail by the take down assembly was dented and completely gouged in the black finish. So my New Ruger PCC has battle scars before I get to even squeeze off a round. Poor QC on GrabAGun or Ruger or both. Now sales emails me the policy which basically states we will take a return if you don't transfer, otherwise your problem. Thanks.... Paid a premium for a used gun in my opinion. "
“Try reaching out to Ruger's warranty department to get corrected. It's a brand new firearm and you don't have to be stuck with anything less than perfect. Had the issue been discovered before the transfer, we would have replaced it or issued a refund. Issues that arise after the firearm is taken home are always handled through the manufacturer. All firearm retailers operate under this policy. The good news is that all manufacturers have robust warranty departments that are able to resolve these type of issues pretty quickly. Very sorry to hear about this issue. ”
