"I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for Grab a Gun. I placed an order yesterday morning around 10am eastern time. My local FFL dealer contacted me at 1 PM with news that my Canik TP9SFX with Vortex Viper red dot was already in! Not only did they provide me with the lowest price I could find. Only $7 for shipping and got an overnight shipment! Wveryone needs to understand that Grab a Gun is a computer based company with ZERO warehouse space. They find the best deals online and provide us with those deals. I will 10000000000000% order with them again! Thank you for a great buying experience!"

"I'm really happy with grab a gun. I started my account last year. I've purchased 4 firearms, multiple parts and accessories as well as ammo and cleaning supplies through them. It beats the local gun store by at least 10%. I like having a wish list I can save items to for later while I'm thinking through purchases and builds. The Giveaways are fun - I think once a month they do a free gun giveaway that you can sign up for a few times a day. Their company is very flexible offering layaway, free quoting, and even financing options on your purchases. They also have a Class 3 guide. Their Rebates tab compiles coupons, discounts and rebates from manufacturers which is super handy - I got a $100 rebate on my Savage Tac-110 through this link. I've only had to call them once and they were very helpful - a gun part I ordered got delayed by a few days due to COVID. Overall, I'm very impressed with Grab-a-Gun's platform and service. It's like Amazon for guns. "

"Terrible services, purchased a $1,000 firearm waited two weeks For them to reach out to let me know they received it I had to contact them first I was never called or emailed they said they had my firearm for over a week smh, so I went to pick my firearm up it was delayed which is understandable so I waited until I was contacted, waited 3 weeks! Contacted them again asking how long will the delay take and asking about refund option & how the process works. I was contacted by email with a closed order and a refund which I never committed to refund, emailed them back they told me the order was closed.. terrible customer services..."
"Ordered 1 Kershaw knife. No choices for shipping. Was charged $10 for 6 oz parcel, TX To AZ, not far. They needed 5 days to ship it. What they don’t tell you is that they use the lowest level FedEx you can buy but charge a higher rate. 10 days, still don’t have it but it’s been sitting in Phoenix for 5. FedEx passes it to USPS and they can now deliver it whenever they choose. It’s been scheduled for delivery on 3 different days and they opted not to deliver. Cause they don’t have to honor a timeline. Grab a gun won’t offer shipping options. Customer service was nice enough to tell me what I already knew, it’s on the way. FedEx said they are only responsible for getting it to the USPS. With transfer and shipping costs for firearms and crap service, just buy it anywhere else. The deals are not that good in the long run. "
“Customer purchased late Monday night. We shipped item on Thursday. We ship some lightweight items like pocket knives via FedEx Smartpost. This method generally takes 3 days to be delivered. I see your item took 11 days to be delivered for some reason. Understandably frustrating, but please know this was a fluke and not due to a shipping method that we chose. In this day and age, it's really not possible for any merchant to select any method of shipping that takes 11 days to go from TX to AZ. This was very much a one-off situation. ”

"1. Arrived at ffl via fed ex with box open and missing paperwork. 2. Fired 5 rounds then failure to eject and mag severely stuck. Called cmmg and they went me to check how many o rings the rifle has after 3 days of trying to contact them. 4. Small spot of rust on this NEW gun that came told me to rub out with o and seal. It was Great!
I order and I receive emails to keep me updated and then it either comes to me or my FFL dealer. 3 times ordering and I have no problems like I've had with other sites. It's been almost 3 weeks waiting for something for one site and 5 days and I'm still waiting to hear my item was shipped at another, hell I paid extra for 3 day shipping but it doesn't seem to matter. Those people will never get my business again.
I wish Grab A Gun Had everything I needed, I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else.

“Customer was emailed withing a week of their order (on 7/29 at 10:55am actually) that their order was ready to be picked up. The FBI response from their FBI background check was "delay". The customer became impatient about waiting and requested a refund - which we provided. The customer later changed their mind about the refund and said they were ok waiting, but it was too late, and we informed them that they would have to repurchase the item. We are very sorry about the frustration on this, but our hands are tied by what the FBI let's us do. ”
