After almost 2 weeks of no updates after placing my order, I called their unfriendly Customer Support number only to learn that my order was scheduled to ship late April after being placed on 03/29/12. Then, I received an e-mail on 4/16/12 that my item order status was changed to 'Refunded' and that my item will not ship."
"Stay away from this merchant. Ordered on April 3rd, credit card was charged right away. Two weeks later, nothing. I contacted them to cancel the order and they told me the refund would show up on my credit card during the NEXT billing cycle? It should have been processed right away, since they charged it immediately after the sale was made. Going to contact my Visa card to dispute the transaction, since the bill already came. "Unbelievable prices. Poor customer service and very late shipping. At some point I thought the website is a scam and the shipment would never arrive. "I have had the same issue as one of the other reviewers. I ordered one item on February 14th and have contacted them twice about how I am not happy with their service. This is the first order I have ever had with them and I have to say, I will not order from them again. I put in the order Feb 14th and after 9 days, I sent an email asking about the hold up. Well, let's see, I didn't order any of those items above and I can't believe that 9 days after an order you have to contact them??? So I sent another email and said I will think twice before ordering from them again. I said that I have been spoiled by Amazon and prefer their shipping speed. Come to find out what I ordered was actually on sale on Amazon and I would have preferred to pay the extra $5 - $10 for my order than to end up waiting weeks for it. The response I got the second time was this:

I swear they have robots working there. I don't even feel that they care that I am unhappy. No apology or anything. And I love how after the second email I now find out that it has conveniently been shipped on Monday afternoon. I love a good deal, but I will be looking elsewhere!

For the people complaining about the slow shipping, what do they expect...look at the prices you are paying for the items. For the low prices, you may have to wait a few weeks for your items. "I placed my order January 16th. It is now February 6th and I still haven't received my order. Here was there message to me dated January 27th:
"Your order is scheduled to ship on Tuesday, January 31st. If you have any additional questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for shopping with GraveyardMall and enjoy the rest of your day."
I assume I was sent this because I explained that we were on a tight schedule and If it didn't arrive soon we were canceling. (Items were for a new home and we needed to install the lights we ordered ASAP).
I finally received an email that it shipped today (Feb 6th)with a company by the name of OSM. I can only hope it will be here before March. We have had to delay a bathroom and kitchen remodel because of the way we were lead to believe the package would ship much sooner than it has.
Bottom Line... STAY AWAY! and maybe a little prayer that we can finish our kitchen and bathroom soon.
UPDATE: They finally arrived February 8th! Almost a month later we have the merchandise, and the lights were not what we expected from the pictures but after almost a month I will just deal with it. Interesting note, one light has a sticker that says "Feb 2004" on the back. Could the light be almost ten years old? It looks new, who knows. "

"I placed two orders in the two weeks before Christmas. The first was the Webkins order. Great price, even with shipping. Guaranteed before Christmas. What they didn't tell me, was that it would be delivered on Christmas Eve at about 4 pm, after I had already left my house going to Christmas with different parts of my extended family (some of whom would have been the recipient of about half of the animals).
Second order was placed a few days after the first order, about the 19th of December. Received the package within three days of ordering. Of course, I received about half of my order, and, on the first day of February, still have not received the remaining items. I have been in contact with GraveyardMall.com and they told me a month ago that my package is set to ship out. Last email that I sent about a week ago has yet to be returned!!!!!!!!!!"
