"Wow....I am amazed at all of the bad feedback for Graveyard Mall. I have ordered from them several times and am always amazed at their prices and the quality of their products. I have resold SEVERAL items on ebay at 2-3 times what I paid. Shipping is a little slow and shipping costs are sometimes high...but I wait until they offer free shipping items and I do quite well. Once I had an issue with some damaged boxes....I was able to call and speak with a human being and they settled it quite nicely. I am a fan."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WE THESE JOKERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ! You will rarely get your order or get any status on your order. Ordered on 11/13/11 a set of four ties/cufflinks. They took my payment right away and sent a confirmation email regarding the order. Never heard anything thereafter. After 8 days, I called and they said it was due to ship out on 10/23, 10 days after the order was placed. They wouldn't say how it was going to ship or how long it would take to ship. I cancelled the order and now I have to see if they actually refunded my money. It's great for these clowns to take your money and collect interest on it (multiply this factor 1,000 and 1,000 of times), but never deliver merchandise. Of course, when the order was placed they never said word one that it would take 10 days to ship, nor does their invoive, web site say anything similar. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !"

After ordering they sent me a password to allow me to check shipping progress that was INVALID. They do NOT respond to phone calls so I emailed them requesting they cancel my order and refund my cc. They responded by email the next day saying my item had shipped and included a FedEx tracking number that shows they shipped my order to NORTH DAKOTA!
I live in Florida!
At this time they have NOT refunded my cc and have NOT responded in any way."
"I bought two items off of Graveyard Mall. I ordered on 9/14 and my credit card was charged on the same day. My order finally shipped on 9/30. I was provided with one USPS tracking number, that, unlike some other reviewers, actually worked. My package came today but only one of the items I ordered was in the box. Interestingly, there was no invoice in the box. I emailed customer support and received a prompt response. They told me one of my items was OOS, so they refunded my ENTIRE purchase. I won't be dealing with the hassle of shopping with them again, although I do appreciate the quick response and refund."

"Great Deal EXCEPT, chandelier arrived w/one globe broken, but I didn't know it for months because I was building a house and wasn't ready to hang it. When I opened the box months later (When building, you want as little clutter as possible and to open and inspect everything and then try to repack all the pieces was simply impractical).
Called customer service with my story and they told me "Too bad, so sad." Basically, F-off. BTW, the box was taken from UPS and placed in a safe, secure spot, never jostled, moved, or damaged until opened.
Luckily, the item was still in stock, so I had a friend order on her card. Package took several weeks to arrive, we switched globes and sent her's back for a full refund. A hassle but better than throwing away a $90 light and getting bitter.
If you think what I did was somehow immoral. I contend that sending broken items and not standing behind them is corrupt.
Moral of the story: If you jerk consumers around, they will try to find a way to get even--plus become your most ardent critics. Satisfied customers tell 1-3 people, dissatisfied tell 10-15. See the Wharton School of Business study, referenced below:
