I received the Item in a little more that a week new in a factory sealed box. I had no dealing with customer service, so I can't review that aspect of the site. Too good to be true did not apply in this case."
"I have ordered from gym.com a number of times...most recently the micro-candy machine. They are slow shippers, but usually warn you that they are. Besides that, I've found that i usually come across some great deals and they have always eventually come through if i've had a problem. I had a one cracked micro-candy and they refunded me after I emailed them (this was more effective then when i tried to call). All in all, this is a good place to shop if you are not in a hurry, want a great price, and are looking for random fun and occasionally practical deals."
"Placed an order for 3D comic books--a pack of 6 CD ROMs. The order took a month to arrive. the product description said at least 4 of the CDs would contain a pair of 3D glasses, and only two came with one. Four CDs were used, with cracked case and fingerprints and scratch marks all over the CDs. Used items sold as new! Unethical and fraudulent business practice. Customer service does not exist. Not worth the cost and hassles for refund. Please do not waste your money."

I have ordered the mystery box (great), the Christmas mystery box (ok), the oversized mystery box (EXCELLENT), 2 Mudd sunglasses assortments (great), 1 womans sunglasses assortment (eh not so great), 1 mens sunglasses assortment (great), as well as many smaller items (cd's, household items, kitchen items, kids items, etc). Email is the only good way to contact them but that is my preferred method anyway. They do take a while to ship but I can be patient. If you do have any problems, they fix them.
