"Placed an order December 10th 2018, with plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. Marked as shipped on the 11th. I contacted the company on the 15th because the priority mail shipment has not moved from Michigan. The owner tells me that he can not open a claim with the post office for 9 days on a lost package. On the 19th i call the post office myself because im getting the runaround on a refund from the owner. The post office tells me that they are still waiting on the package to be dropped off. The owner proceeds to lie to me again about this and tells me a story about them changing their shipping method. And theres nothing he can do until the post office determines the package to be lost. I call the post office a second time. They tell me that this is not the case. They will not open a lost item claim on a package that was never in their posession. And that i should get my bank involved to file a fraud claim against the store. I contacted the owner another time asking where my refund is, and he replied that once i receive the package, im welcome to send it back to him for a full refund. Here we are, christmas day, the 25th. No package, no refund on the $160.00 charge that this company drafted. And no christmas gift for someone special. This place is a joke. And has ruined part of my christmas because the owner is in my mind a thief. Absolutely ridiculous. But my bank is drafting up paperwork for him regarding this matter. I hope he understands. "
