"Ordered two framed canvasses, for $1000 - First, I had to cover the duties and import fees (which they later refunded, but nonetheless - their policy states there wouldn't be any additional charges and i did not budget for hidden expenses) Second, Canvasses were damaged during delivery - resulting in further delays to print the replacements (which I still have not recieved confirmation of them being in production or shipped) GBC offered zero compensation for the inconvenience and communication has been awful. "

Delivered well boxed, wrapped and protected, love the new hanging method opposed to hanging it with the traditional wire method. The quality of the picture especially being so large and pixel quality is very clear and detailed, we love it and would never hesitate to order additional art work!

"The pictures and the frames are beautiful. It would have been nice to have the option to get non-glare glass. We will have to have the glass replaced as the glare is so bad you can't see the pictures.
