"I bought two large canvas prints from GBC and am very satisfied. Both arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner about a week or less to CA. The quality of the photos is very good. The website does an adequate job to represent how they look in person. Two slight negatives with my experience. They did not provide any tracking information for my larger 72 x 24 print, which was delivered by a private car but did so for the smaller print that was shipped via UPS. I also wish they featured a head on view of the print rather than one at an angle. "

"I purchased PODS I earlier in the year. I recently purchased POD II. The two canvases are extremely different color saturations, the one dull, the other bright. They are to be the same as in the pictures of them on the website and the artists originals. Also, the frames color differ. And weight of the two pieces are even different.
I paid $146 for fast shipping to ensure I would receive it at my vacation home in CA before heading back to Canada for 2 months. I need HELP extending the return for replacement until Feb. 2025. HELP! So far no help has been offered. So disappointing. "
