"I ordered 14 pieces of art in May from GBC. So far, I have received 5 of them. That's not the problem, because the company set proper expectations of how long the shipments would take and they are still well within that window. Of the 5 pieces I have received, 1 was severely damaged. Of the 5 pieces I've received so far, only one had the hardware to hang the art that the company represented would be included. I'm still waiting to hear back from GBC on both issues...with 9 pieces still to go.
I will say that GBC did an excellent job of packing the art to the best of their ability. The shipping carrier is definitely to blame for the damage. Can't fault GBC for that.
I will also say that the art is pretty good for the price as well. Not gallery grade, but they are not charging gallery prices, either. Overall, I am happy with the products themselves. I ordered some big, framed canvasses, some pieces printed on metal, and some naked (no frame) canvasses. The metal pieces are HD for sure and spectacular. The large photo/landscape pieces on canvas aren't quite as crisp and defined as I was hoping for, but they aren't bad, either. Like I said, a fair product for the cost.
The rub for me is that the customer service experience so far is absolute garbage. No phone number (well, they have one, but it's just a recording that says they don't answer it and to email them instead), they are super slow to respond via email (if you even get a response) and the replies aren't even on topic with the issues I presented. Just automated crap. My issues have still not been addressed or resolved.
I would give this company 4 or 5 stars if the customer service was at all functional. When you order 14 pieces, or $5K+ worth of art, I expect replies faster than a week, to be from a real person, and not a bot. For the size of the company and the business they are in, they should charge a little extra for the product to keep real live CS agents on staff who are accessible by phone to address problems.
I need to order another 20-30 pieces for my company offices and home, but I'll probably go somewhere else with my $15K just to not hassle with the customer service at GBC. When you order that kind of volume, the chances something will get damaged in transit are good. It's too bad, because their selection and products are actually a pretty good value for the cost.
If you are only ordering a piece or two, maybe roll the dice and hope nothing happens.

Since I received it, I have sent no less than six emails and requests with Customer Service and have not received a response. Unfortunately, the company “ does not accept incoming calls at this time”. Very discouraged and disappointed. "
