"The Canvas photo of Santa is beautiful, great colors and well done. Unfortunately the frame I ordered with it is not all the way together in 2 of the corners and it looks terrible. There is a gap where the two corners meet and it looks cheap. "

"First, the artworks look great - three very large, 40” x 60”, posters. I’m getting them mounted now. Expensive but beautiful reproductions.
HOWEVER, the tube arrived with the cap off one end and, two days later, when I took the tube to the to the framer’s and finally took the posters out of the tube, they were all damaged - crushed and ripped, about an inch and a half deep, four inches long, in two places on each poster.
Fortunately, two of the three posters have a border so they could be cut. The third is full bleed, so no good answer, no way to hide the damage.
The framer assuaged my disappointment by saying: Things are only perfect in Heaven.
Well, okay, I’ll enjoy the wabi sabi but Great Big Canvas should use better - much better - tape to seal the tubes. "
