Great Big Canvas claims it made 4 seperate package shipments to my address

"Great Big Canvas claims they made four separate package shipments to my address, UPS claims they delivered them to my front porch. I was home that day, and my neighbor was working out in his front yard, no UPS delivery was made. GreatBigCanvas customer support said there was nothing they could do since UPS claimed they were delivered, despite the fact that I could not open an investigation on the packages unless GreatbigCanvas opens the investigation with UPS. Crickets from GreatBigCanvas, something shady is going on somewhere. I would not risk purchasing from this company. No guarantees.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I placed a order. There was a problem with my payment which was not on my end but on their end. I can't get in touch with anyone via phone. I tried the help bot and asked for payment issues and they said they could not help me. I left 5 emails and no one will get in touch with me."

Beware

"Ordered a print 6-12-20. It arrived 7-3-20. It was damaged, frame broken and canvas torn. I contacted Co and it took several weeks before I receive a reply. I advised I wanted a refund and again weeks went by. Finally, I filed a dispute with Credit Card Bank. It was only after that I received a reply. I requested a refund. I am still waiting. They claim they issued refund 8-8-20. My bank has advised me they have receive NO refund from them. I have written co. but they still claim refund was sent. They refuse to check and see where they sent refund. I am out over $ 250.00. Be very careful dealing with this merchant!"

Very Poor Customer Service! They Do Not Respond Back!

"I placed my first order with Great Big Canvas for several art works for our new home in Florida. I had a few issues and wrote to their customer service department 3 times. They never answered me back!!!
I would never purchase anything from them again!!!

Buyers beware

"I ordered a painting from this company over a month ago and paid $ 153 for Priority shipping in order to have the painting delivered by July 31st. I was leaving for a vacation on August 3 so it was important that I received the painting before I left. July 31st came and went but no painting. The only way to contact this company is by email, which I did. The only response was an automated reply with a case number. I waited a few days and after no response sent another email. Same automated reply. This company obviously does not want customers contacting them so I went online and found a phone number for them. Called I got a recorder message directing me to go to the Help section on their website and start a chat with someone. The voicemail then hung up with no potion to leave a message. I went back to the website and when I found the link for opening a chat line there was a message that this option was not no longer available. No I am out $ 550 and no painting. Last option for me is to stop payment with my credit card company. Look out...this is a bad company!!!"

"Our framed canvas art work was received damaged on 7/16/20. I notified the company immediately was sent a company support ticket in response. All that was great, except its now going on two weeks & still no return call from the company. Having spent over $250. & not being able to get in touch with anyone at customer service is unacceptable. Had I know this company has a terrible reputation for getting back to customer complaints in a timely fashion, I would have never purchased anything from them. Frustrated in Bethesda, MD...."

Impossible to reach this company

"The most frustrating thing about this company is that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to reach them, either by email or telephone. I have a problem that needs attention and don't know how to reach them. The artwork and the job they did is great, but the inability to TALK to someone is very frustrating."

"I ordered framed canvas on June 7. Supposed to receive on June 25. When I checked order status says it’s on hold waiting for information from me. They took money on June 7 and Said nothing about any further information. Sent emails. No answer. No telephone number. Order # 147-2849. Very frustrating. Want to cancel order now. "

What happened to this company?!?

"I am going through a nightmare situation with this company. I have ordered from them several times with no issues, but this is the last time I do any business with them.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago. The order was for two poster prints. It took TWO WEEKS to ship the order (I recently placed an order for a similar order which was shipped the following day). They blamed the delay on the pandemic; I understand delays, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to ship such a simple order.
Then I didn't receive the order by the estimated arrival date. On their site, it states that a package is considered lost 24 hours after the estimated arrival date (it's been five days) and three days of no change from the tracking (still just says "package accepted" from five days ago.
It is impossible contacting customer service. They take forever responding to emails, and the "Live Chat" (which is now turned off) just told me to wait a few more days (after waiting for a representative for 30 minutes).
Very disappointed with how incompetently they have handled this whole transaction. Never again!

Mid Century Modern Cats canvas is very cool!

"I ordered a Mid Century Modern Cats Wall Art 48" framed canvas and I am very happy with my picture. Their method of hanging is the easiest I have ever done! I even kept the little level for the next picture I have to hang.

I loved the website and how you could see what the picture would look like with different options. Ordering was very easy.

The only complaint I have is that I didn't get an email update telling me when it had shipped or when it was due to arrive. I had to keep checking the website but other than that, everything was wonderful and I am a happy camper.

Shipping is TERRIBLE

"The email confirm very clearly lists my apartment number. However, the shipping label in UPS tracking does not. I have spent too much time calling UPS to request they add my apartment number for delivery purposes. Tracking shows there has been a request to modify the address, but does not show it has been added. Tracking also shows my order is expected on Mon. Oct. 7th. Who knows if I'll receive it or not. I know it's such a little thing, making sure the UPS shipping label is correct, but it was NOT done for my order. If this detail isn't correct, I can only imagine the product I'll receive......or not. Paid a lot of money for my canvas, the least they could do was ensure this little detail was taken care of. Such bull$h*t. NOT SATISFACTORY!!!"
