"We ordered two 23 x 30 paintings. Both were prepared and shipped within a couple of days. We noted that the shipping cartons on arrival were very well made with reinforcements at the corners, which protected the contents from a number of dents and dings visible on the shipping cartons, but no damage inside. This was a big improvement on an earlier shipping of a larger (41 x 31) canvas. A first arrival exhibited a number of frame dings, abrasions and damaged corners, the box was not nearly as protective as those two later ones we've just received. GBC very promptly replaced the entire frame and canvas at no charge. This one arrived in the same style of carton, with some minor frame imperfections which we touched up. All three canvases now hang happily in our home. Thanks much"
