"We purchased a floating framed canvas for our bedroom and all went well. We then decided to purchase a couple of floating frame canvases for our living room. This process is not going so well. The first set of frames canvases had quality issues. Replacement canvases were sent. One of the two canvases were fine, the other was missing the premium dust cover back that was ordered. They agreed to remake and resend. The replacement for the replacement was sent and received, once again without the dust cover back. I sent a message along with pictures 5 days ago and have not received any response. Great Big Canvas states that they will respond to all issues within 24-48 hours. I hope they will eventually respond. Since there is no one to talk too, this process is even more frustrating."

I have contacted them 3 times - once with my phone number and I have heard nothing back. Might I add they have already billed my credit card. According to what I have read, this is exactly how they operate."

"I was looking for a wine motif canvas wall hanging. Instead of ordering the actual size and type of medium, I ordered the print in a smaller size - peel, as I wanted to see the picture and colors. The process was easy and I received the print quickly. I will now order the larger size in canvas, as the colors will work perfectly. "
