"The website indicates larger prints will ship via freight and that the freight company will call to schedule delivery. My items sat at the distribution center for a week. I sent an email requesting an update four days in a row. There is no phone number to contact customer service and emails are responded to in the order in which they are received. When I finally did get a response I was told the items would be delivered but did not receive a timeframe....the items were as expected but the communication regarding delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Email being the only option for contacting customer service is frustrating.
