"GMG has some great deals on games from time to time, but their marketing practices are very misleading and you cannot buy a game a second time, even as a gift for someone else, once you have it on your account.

I receive emails with supposed "VIP" deals that are the exact same discount as the currently advertised special on their website at the time. For instance, Black Friday's 15% savings code is GMGBLACKFRIDAY, and cannot be used at the same time as my supposed 15% "VIP" savings code, but GMG does not indicate this ANYWHERE on the marketing pages or emails received.

This ultimately lead to me wasting around 15 minutes of my life trying different web browsers and clearing my cache to see if the issue was on my end, only to find that other users have similar issues by doing a quick internet search. If not for these issues, I'd have given a 4/5 star rating, as the deals can be pretty good sometimes."
