"
After purchasing a game key that I realized was for a different DRM manager (Uplay) only after clicking "order now".
Thinking I could get a refund as long as I avoided revealing the game key, I was frustrated to see that the order page immediately redirected me to the listed games, with Uplay game keys revealed.
It's a terrible business practice to establish a refund policy, then by poor/unethical design of the purchase site, immediately disqualify a customer from refund eligibility, by no fault of their own, at the very moment after purchase. It's basically the same as offering no refunds at all(for Uplay keys)
I won't give GMG any more of my business and warn others of the shady practices they run. "
"I’d highly recommend Green Man Gaming as they’re honest, deliver and have great deals at different times to their competitors. I have sent a number of my mates their way and I’d love to see the continue their collaboration with you tubers, such as me favourite reviewer: Mack from worth a Buy.
As they asked me to leave a review and I was more than happy to give them support, that’s my take on Green Man Gaming after using their services."
"a trustworthy site to shop games from"
"Purchased the wrong key because of an error on the site and not by my fault, support wont do anything, even after 15 emails. Awful customer service, won't recommand."
"If you bought something wrong or not use to you, well too bad because you can't get a refund, once they forward an email which will also be a receipt containing the CD key, you can't get a refund because they sent the CD Key to you. So if you didn't know you bought an Epic Key and was suppose to buy a Steam key, well your out of luck. So if you were in the process of buy and saw "Borderlands 3 Season pass (...", how would you know if it was a steam key or an Epic key.
Receipt and keys should be separate, customer should see a clear name of the product.
You make a Refund policy where you can't even refund, that's bull.
Also, Customer service was ignorant. And imagine hiding one of your review sites in the footer of your website PepeLaugh."
"I was skeptical at first, because I have never bought anything from the 3rd party sites, but everything was smooth. I have bought about 10 games, with fantastic discounts."
"I bought a 4 pack of Golf With Your Friends a few days ago and still haven't received my keys for the game so I can't play it.
I did talk to customer support and they seemed nice, but I still don't have the game, so sadly I can't give a good review. They did offer a refund, which was nice. I still want the game, just disappointed with the turnaround time."
"Green Man Gaming was easy to order from, and had the best pricing for a game I was waiting for. I missed the sale on Steam for Borderlands 3 for my kid, but Green Man still had it at the sale price, and saved me a load of cash and made my kid happy."
"Refusal to acknowledge regional consumer laws. Will not accept returns for faulty products."
"Quick and easy to get what I wanted, since they were on sale. I highly recommend GMG."
"Purchased and attahced to my battlenet account instantly. Cheapest price going. "
"The inability to even refund a gift makes this instantly inferior to just shopping on steam, and the misleading graphics on the site showing what a product being giftable to all regions only cements this site as a scam."
"Return policy has loopholes making refunds deniable in any situation with digital goods.
Got a good deal on a game, and am happy to keep it, but I'm rating poorly anyways because their return policy is disgusting and needs to change. All of their policies related to refunds, even the EU consumer "protection" part, contain clauses saying you can't get a refund if you view your steam key. The checkout process lands you on a page with your key front and center after payment, meaning they can deny literally anyone and everyone who requests a refund. As long at these policies are this way, I can't say that I trust the company."
"Perfecto, codigo steam al instante."
"Wouldn't refund something clearly that was their fault the told my to contact ubisoft "
