The reason I am rating 2 stars for the overall experience, is mainly focusing on the purchasing experience. When every time I am checking with my credit card, there will be an error message appear and no matter how many time I tried. So I had to get to the customer service every time when I am willing to make a purchase, and they could fix this issue every time. But I never know what is happening with my account.
As a online retailer, I couldn't accept that purchasing experience being that annoying. And this will lower my desire on purchasing from Green Man Gaming."
