"Ok, It is a great site if they do not ban you. Pre-ordered FF XIV for me and my wife on two different accounts. Then as it closes to start registering pre-order code for the game, my wife's account got inactived. They just banned it without even writing an email to let us know why and when it was banned.
I was thinking, ok no big deal because I have screen shot the transaction with pre-order keys, turns out the keys are invalid now, too. Go back check on my payment account, the charged amount for game was not refunded. So they just scamed me.
Emailed their customer support today, let's see how it will go.
I have bought close to $300 worth of games from them on my account before, that was why I ordered both of our pre-orders from them. They were great, but now not so much.
