"After dealing with GMG and the Playfire community I have come to learn that their staff do not care about their users, especially those who criticize their anti-consumer practices - for example, allowing absurd regional pricing; customer service taking weeks to respond; constant false advertising; grey market key reselling; unrelenting refund policy; continuing to sell games when they have run out of stock; handing out invalid activation keys or even mixing up keys with other games (related to grey market key reselling). If you try and keep them accountable for their misgivings by publicly reminding them of their actions, their staff will become defensive and may "politely" lash out at you in a private message. "I've pre-purchased The Evil Within and when it came out it was a broken mess and still are by the time i'm writing this short review .
So i contacted GMG for a refund and they refused .Their reasoning is that since i've activated the game i'm not eligible for a refund and that's because they can't take the game out of my library .
Let me tell you that it is a really lame reasoning and should be there as a warning for every customer prior of purchase ."
