"Only used the service because I was going to be late getting a birthday card to my God son as I'd been unable to get out due to recent surgery. The card took forever to be delivered. I didn't expect it to arrive on time, as I'd left it a little too late for that, but I didn't expect it to take more than a week. I assumed, wrongly, that the point of the service was to speed the delivery process for users and that the card would be generated and mailed the same day I placed by order. It wasn't. I could have gone to the shop, purchased a card, and sent it off myself and it would have been delivered sooner than the one sent out by Greeting Card Universe.
Funky Pigeon is a faster, so I will revert back to using their services in future.
