Apparently you do not have a customer service that someone actually speaks to you other than an answer service.I emailed all the photos of how they arrived and someone emailed me back offering me a refund. I think it’s poor customer service not to take a call when there is an issue or not to call a consumer back when the answering service email you urgent. I have order from you for a few years now but unfortunately I will not again due to the lack of customer service or concern for an issue. “I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with our customer service. It looks like you called right around the time that our call center switches over to our main lines. I received the message from our call center noting that you had sent us an email including pictures, so I jumped to your email to investigate what happened and how I may be able to best assist you. My sincere apologies for responding to your email instead of calling you back. I did offer to replace the cards that USPS damaged in transit and noted that I was happy to expedite the shipping free of charge in an effort to get these to you as quickly as possible. I issued a full refund upon your response noting that you preferred the refund.
Cards arriving in the best of quality and offering our shoppers the best of customer service is something that is very important to us. I'm very sorry for not being able to resolve the matter in a way that pleased you.
