"The card looked great - professional and all the customization I requested. It was well packaged for shipment and arrived in great shape. It did arrive later than I had hoped. I sent it as a 'belated card' given that was the case. I had ordered Thanksgiving cards (20 of same card) the day prior. Those cards arrived quickly and looked great. For some reason the single birthday card I ordered the next day took much longer to arrive. I had also ordered a single birthday card the month before that was a timely in arrival. Maybe it's the postal service? Hard to say. But that is why it is four starts instead of five. "
