"We did not get our cards, We had ordered sympathy cards for deceased pets, they said they were delivered when they were not. The lady we spoke with acted as if we were lying and was rude. "

We had already agreed to reprint and reship your order of 50+ cards at our own expense, but before doing so just wanted to see if you could ask around the office to see if the order might have been received and misplaced, as this occasionally tends to happen when we see orders marked as delivered in an office environment.

“I am very sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order. I checked the tracking and it looks like your order was out for delivery on the 5th and no update after that. I have reordered your cards at no additional charge and having them mailed with priority. You should receive these no later than Wednesday. Please contact our customer support directly, if you do not. We are happy to be of assistance.
