“We apologize for your original order not being received by your recipient. We do have tracking numbers for almost all of our orders. When mailing directly to the recipient, we address the envelope and mail with a postage stamp, making the card more personal. When mailing cards this way there unfortunately are no tracking numbers supplied.”
