"From the time I order this Safe until I got it delivered into my yard took several weeks longer than it should have. I had to contact Trucking firms and found this Safe was delivered to Truck Firms that didn't service my area and when it finally did get a Firm to deliver, the safe went on a route through Salt Lake City and Reno Nevada before it ever got delivered 45 miles north of Winnemucca, Nv. On top of that, my Safe had the Dividing walls ripped loose from the ceiling and a sheetrock type substance covered the interior of the safe. I had to use wedges to secure my Dividing Walls. The Safe is a mess inside. "
"the Fort Knox safe I ordered was shipped to another address and I got the one he ordered. So I refused the delivery, the other person unpacked my safe and opened it!! I called Gunsafes.com they put me in touch with Fort Knox , they found the safe had to rebox the safe. Then printed new shipping labels and delivered to us, we have not been able to get into the safe for almost A week, many calls back and forth with fort knox, finally they're sending a locksmith to open it Tomorrow 5/15/14 Not happy with FORT Knot "
