"H.H. GREGG delivered the product for store pickup as promised. Staff was courteous, friendly and customer oriented.. Emailing was extremely deceiving. It provided an 11% discount to use promotion code and it provided a 10% discount for supplying your email address. No where did it indicate that both could not be used. When I arrived at the store the associate indicated that I could only use one of them. Since the email did not indicate anything about application of discounts, I believe that I am entitled to both as well as the additional 5% discount if I had used an H.H. GREGG credit card. Please clarify your email or correct your associated. I still believe I am entitled to both discounts based on the email."

"I had a great experience!! Placed my order online with in-store pickup. I had already purchased a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV at another store just before Christmas because the 55 inch Samsung was not available until January 7th. I received an email from H.H. Gregg with the Samsung 55 inch Smart TV I originally wanted and it was on sale and available on 12/31/15. Later that day I received an email from them with a code for an additional 11% off. I placed the order on 12/25/15 and it actually came in and I picked it up on 12/28/15. Needless to say...I returned the 50 inch for a refund and wound up getting the 55 inch for $34 cheaper out the door!!! Best price with fast delivery on a great product!!! Thanks H.H. Gregg!!!!"

"Had pre-purchased item online for pickup later that day. Had to wait in checkout line with paying customers. Only 1 line open on Christmas Eve? The checkout process was abysmally slow - cashiers forced to sell extended warranties, and then customers filled out registrations while everyone else waits. 4 people in front took 1/2 hour.
Picked up tablet then asked some questions about alarm systems on display in that section. Everyone was from a different department and was ad-libbing answers or had to look up online. I could have done that myself.
Then decided to go back for gift cards. That was a mistake. Bought 4, but cashier notices only 2 show activated, though my credit card got charged whole amount. Took 5 minutes to find a manager, who then took another 10 minutes before announcing it was a glitch in the system and everything is fine.
I can only image how bad this experience would have been if there were more shoppers than salespeople in the store (seriously!). BTW-I'm not knocking the people there. The cashiers especially did their absolute best to help me."
