"went to the store and waited 1/12 hrs for a sales person to help me there were 3 customers in the store wanted to buy big screen I left this was in orland park illinois if you more info john gritsuk ***-***-**** also called customer service they gave my name and phone to the head of the service dept I don't think that happened the person seemed uninterested this happen on Saturday Sunday went to best buy with in 10 min I was walking out with a big screen

"One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered a $25 product. It was defective. I had to call three times just to get a return label and then 2 more times after that because they didn't "add" my return to the "system" once they received it. Then, instead of simply crediting my PayPal account, they told me that I'd receive a check within 30 days. Will never buy from them again."

"I had trouble returning an item to the store at the WolfChase Mall. The clerk couldn't find my order using the order number on the email notification from hhgregg. She appeared to be distrusting of customers in general. I overheard her comment to another associate whose phone customer was requesting a pick up of her old appliances after delivery of her new appliances had already occurred. Her comment was that the lady was probably lying. I took my items to another hhgregg and the return was accepted at once."

"I am very satisfied with the products and the delivery was very fast, the young men that delivered were awesome. They had a very difficult delivery to get everything in the house without any damage to house or products. They took out the old appliances and brought in the new. I was so very impressed with them. I would - already have- recommend HH Gregg to all.

"I made an online purchase on Christmas Eve (in the morning) and was advised I would receive an email when my order was ready for pick-up . Needless to say, I did not get that email. I checked with the store at 6pm (closing at 7pm) and learned the order could be picked up. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!"

"I ordered online (which I like). The price was right. The installer called the night before and I advised that it had to be installed in the morning to avoid a conflict I had in the early afternoon. The installer said "no problem". He arrived on time, worked about 45 minutes to an hour. I have enjoyed the new dishwasher since."
