When finally did get logged in by creating a new account, web site never sent confirmation e-mail with order number. Had to end up calling store. Initially the store said that it would be a week wait for the order to come in. Told them the web site said they had them in the store. The associate said that he would have to see if the manager wanted to get one from the warehouse. Went to store and there were 12 of this item on the showroom floor."
