"Buying online and having my questions answered by chat was the easy part. They never called to ask about upgrading to professional installation. I called and waited 40 min on hold before getting through, only to find out I had to send an email requesting it (installation is by a 3rd party company) then call back in again. The the dishwasher was shipped to the billing address instead of the delivery address, which was halfway around the country. They never called me to correct the problem. I had to call 3 more times and call the installation 2 more times to have it shipped to the correct state, get an estimated delivery date from UPS, then go through getting a new delivery date, and then a new installation date all over again. We'll see if the delivery happens tomorrow or not...for the 2nd time. I never waited less than 30 min on hold per call so that means I wasted over 3 hours alone after they mixed up the addresses. It seems the 3rd party installer doesn't see everything on the invoice like the one I got emailed. "

"I have been unable to complete my purchase from H H Gregg, due to the fact that we have been unable to pick up the purchase at the store. I purchased to TV online, but do not remember anyplace during the online purchase where it indicated that I would have to pick up the purchase personally, The purchase was a TV for my grandson who lives in Taylors, SC and I am presently living in FL. On my confirmation it indicated that I, personally, had to pick up the product. When my grandson appear to pick it up, they would not let him have the TV. I was unavailable to be phoned about the problem. The next morning I called an 800 number which the person at H H Gregg told me that I would have to call to add another person to the "pick up list". I called the 800 number and gave them the information needed and she said my grandson was approved to pick up the TV. He called the store before he drove another hour to make the pick up and they told him he had not been added to the "pick up list". I an considering just cancelling the order since it has been quite a hassle."

"Not only did they not hook up the washer hoses, with no explanation, but also lied and said they plugged the washer in when they didn't. My husband and I are both disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and had to get a neighbor over to hook up the washer. They were not friendly and kind of short with us. They also refused to take the washer because water had set in it for 3 days and had a slight odor to it."
