I have searched for a LCD/LED/Plasma TV for 3 years trying to get a price that I was happy with, the latest bells and whistles and convincing myself to get a TV. When I saw this deal at h.h. gregg, having never heard of them, I tried to price shop on Amazon. I spent an hour trying to get them to match the price, but they wouldn't, so I went ahead and ordered from h.h. gregg. The TV arrived damaged, I called as soon as I could and waited on hold for 40 minutes. They told me to send in pictures, so I did. I called the next day and they said they hadn't received the e-mail. I called the following day (on hold another 40 minutes) and they said someone would be getting ahold of me and wait three more days. In the meantime, I went to Twitter to try and get it resolved. Three days later I called, waited on hold for another 40 minutes and was then told that they would be refunding my money. I never did talk to anyone about my choice in how to resolve. I got my money back, but I still don't have a TV and the whole experience was unsatisfactory. You asked for my feedback, I didn't initiate this response."
