"Ordered Samsung 55 inch smart TV online for in store pickup, Akron Ohio Montrose store. They brought out the box, pulled out TV halfway out of box for me to confirm no screen cracks. Not suspecting anything sinister, and thinking it is routine, I gave it a quick look and agreed with them. took it home and set it up. When I turned it on I see these crack lines from the right lower side extending out.
I immediately re-box it, and take it back, 3 hours after initial pick up. Now they take it all out, and about 5 pairs of eyes go all over the TV and they say, "see this smudge on the side here, it was not on it before you left! (Now that smudge where the crack lines start is visible only at special angles). No matter what, I could not convince them this defect was already present, and comes to light when you turn TV on. They would not take it back. In my frustration I left the TV at the store. Lost $619.00. I am very bitter, and of course would let everyone who would listen, know about this experience. Under no circumstances would I go anywhere near that store, ever again. They deserve a "0" star not even 1. Buyer beware.

"I had placed 2 in store pick up orders, I received prompt emails stating my orders where ready for pick up. Stopped at store had prompt service and very friendly staff greting me.
spoke with store manager about an issue with one of their warrant companies and within 3 days I had results. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks for the great experience.
