"Difficulty completing order due to password and previous saved item."
"I ordered some items on 4/16/24. A few days later I received an email stating that there were "delays with the manufacturer." I had not received any status on the order so I called today and was told that the delays were fixed and the items would ship in 4 business days. So, with shipping times, that means we will not get them until sometime next week. I am curious why you are the only company that sells the items that is having delays with the manufacturer and why, now that the delays are done, I still have to wait 4 days for the items to ship. ALso, why are you not then paying for expedited shipping to make up for all the "manufacturer delays.""
