"The reason we chose to buy from this company rather than a different one, was because we had a medically urgent need of the item and they had super fast expedited shipping. It was not until AFTER we had paid hundreds for the item, that we were informed that expedited shipping was NOT available, and would be shipped at standard (slow) speed. The difference is being refunded and that is good, but had we known about the long wait (we STILL have not received it!!!) we would have made our purchase from elsewhere. The insult to injury is the endless barrage of spam emails promoting yet MORE products *when we have not gotten our first purchase yet and are not the tiniest bit happy*. I understand there is probably a good reason for the delay beyond anyone's control, but if that is a regular thing, then expedited shipping should NOT be advertised as available before a purchase, and then informed AFTER it is NOT available, given they sell medical devices and time may be a factor in deciding where to buy something."
