Not so great service

"I purchased a tens unit in January. The unit needs to be fixed, instead of offering to replace I have to jump through hoops to do I don't know what. I had to send a picture with information on the back of the device...blah blah.. We will contact the manufacturer to see what they say. They might replace or ask me to send back to fix. You need to back the products you sell, and again empower your customer service people.

I decided to take a chance and order another unit. I asked what kind of discount can I get? I did not "qualify" for 15% off. I was told maybe I can get 10% off once the customer service member (and I use that term loosely) once they speak to the team I might get 10% off. I think they are going to let me know. You need to empower your people to ensure the customers satisfaction.

Very shameful you do not back the products you sell. I would not have purchased another unit unless I really need it.

Call me I work with major corporations on how to treat their customers. You all need a lesson on how to take care of your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
